501st TK Project Droid and Demon Helmets Revealed
by tuskentrooper on Wed Jul 21, 2010 10:33 am
With just a few more weeks to go before the official presentation of the 501st TK Project for Make-A-Wish, two more customized helmets have been returned from contributors Albin Johnson and Melita Curphy. Johnson (with help from fellow Droid builder Jerry Greene) developed a Stormtrooper mash-up tribute to everyone's favorite Astromech R2-D2, while Curphy's monstrous design is a devilishly evil beast of a bucket. You can bid to own any of the custom TK Project helmets on August 15, 2010 at Star Wars Celebration V in Orlando, Florida. Click here to see these and all of the artist helmets submitted so far! Thanks again to eFx Collectibles for providing the blank helmets for this charity project.
